The HOMESTEAD has been created as a luxury holiday home in North Yorkshire for up to 16 people to spend time together in a relaxed and spacious environment.

Lovingly restored, Homestead blends modern comforts with the natural charm and character of the old buildings of historic Malton, nestled in the heart of North Yorkshire. It offers eight private individually designed en-suite double and twin bedrooms; a spacious open plan living and dining area with a cosy wood-burning stove; and an outdoor raised terrace with hot tub and plenty of seating for days in the sun. The garden is completely enclosed, and therefore safe for children and dogs to roam free. For those wanting to get out and about there are plenty of local walks and a friendly local pub in walking distance from the house.

Yorkshire Homestead is a spacious and luxurious home away from home in the historic market town of Malton.

In need of a getaway? Got a big family event coming up? Haven’t got your friends together for a while? Look no further.

Yorkshire Homestead is an eight bedroom, fully refurbished farmhouse in Malton. With the Moors, the seaside, and historic York nearby, you have plenty of beautiful places to visit. If you’re looking for something a little different, Flamingo Land, Eden Camp, the Sealife Centre, and more are right on your doorstep. When you’re home from a long day exploring, kick off your shoes in our heated boot room.

With 3 ensuite double bedrooms, 3 ensuite king bedrooms, and 2 ensuite attic twin bedrooms (Fairy dale and Owlet dale), we can comfortably sleep 16 adults in this large cottage in Yorkshire. Each bedroom has free WiFi access, and a Sonos sound system, so your entire group can unwind. Away from the bedrooms, we have large dining and sitting areas with a Smart TV, board games, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy alfresco dining with our BBQ and seating area, and even take a dip in our wood fired hot tub.

We are dog friendly, but do expect you to respect our property, dogs are NOT permitted upstairs and please pick up ALL messes, there are dogpoo bags in the house.

With help from family and wonderful local businesses, we have finally realised our vision and completely refurbished the home, from being able to see up through the rafters, to a beautiful home for groups to congregate in.

We love local, and have lots of trusted businesses in the area that can provide you with fabulous extras during your stay, from catering parties to massages. Let us know if there’s any requirements or requests you have, and we’ll see what we can do!
