Includes Private Carpark and access. 12 person Wood Fired Hot Tub, Alfesco Patio Dining , Enclosed Private Garden, Sonos Music System in all rooms, Giant TV Cinema Room, BBQ and Firepit. All Bed Linen including Dressing Gowns, Towels, Toiletries and Hairdriers in each room.

Additional Information
Booking Deposit and Damage Waiver Deposit A non refundable £500 deposit is taken to secure your booking. A £500 damage deposit will be pre-authorised (on hold) on your payment card prior to arrival this is not charged unless there are any damages which will be spoken about beforehand. | £500 |
| Dogs are charged each per day We are a dog friendly house, however dogs are not permitted into any bedrooms and please pick up every dog mess. | £10 |

Cancellation / Outstanding balance
We only take payment through our website on booking and then 60 days prior to your arrival date by an email reminder. If you receive any other correspondance about payment from me it is a fraudulent email so PLEASE REPORT IT to us straight away and DO NOT PAY even though it has my name on and looks legitimate it is a SCAM. Your £500 booking deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Between 60-31 days will be 25% of the booking total
Between 30-15 days will be 50% of the booking total
Less than 15 days is non refundable
