Private access & off road parking. 12 person Wood Fired Hot Tub and Wood, Alfesco Patio Dining with table & seating , Enclosed Private Garden , Gas BBQ, Sonos Music System in all rooms and Giant TV Cinema Room. All Bed Linen including Dressing Gowns, Towels, Toiletries and Hairdriers in each room.

On Booking
We take a £500 deposit payment via our online booking page and then the remaining balance 60 days prior to your arrival date. You will receive an email reminder from our booking system. Your £500 booking deposit is non refundable.
Damage Deposit
Prior to arrival we take a pre-authorised £200 damage deposit by payment card this will be releast within 5 days of departure in full unless discussed otherwise post checking.
Cancellation Policy
Between 60-31 days will be 25% of the booking total
Between 30-15 days will be 50% of the booking total
Less than 15 days is non refundable
