Guests that book direct through our website will receive our welcome fridge with a selection of basic provisions to get you started. Please ask if more detail is required

We provide dressing gowns, slippers, towels, bedding, hair driers and toiletries as well as logs for the log burner and hot tub
Online Food Deliveries
You are welcome to pre-order provisions for your stay, Morrisons in Scarborough is most local. Please use booking name as The Homestead with postcode YO17 8RW. You must be available to receive the order in person please. They will knock on the front door road side.
Hot Tub Ready on Arrival
If you would like us to preheat your Wood fired hot tub so it is ready for your arrival then we can do this for a £30 fee as it takes up to 4 hours to heat.
Chef to cook inhouse
If you would like to treat yourselves to having a meal cooked and served one evening then please ask for our recommended chefs.
